PATHS OF THE SUN

PINHOLE PHOTOGRAPHY
Pinhole Photography

In this project, I designed several pinhole cameras
with empty film canisters and cans to produce
solargraphs which are pinhole photographs taken
with a lensless pinhole camera with a long exposure.
By doing so the invisible movement of the Sun can
be made visible in landscape.
I placed pinhole cameras in some public spaces
in Kingston, and left them there for 12 days.
So paths of the sun were recorded in these result.
Solargraphy is the art of pinhole photography and
a part of space art, too.

- This project is developing now.
